This Accessibility Statement applies to the website of the Federal Employment Agency published at www.iab-forum.de.

As a public sector body in the sense of the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 we endeavour to make our websites and mobile applications accessible in compliance with the regulations of the national law concerning the equality of the disabled (Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz des Bundes – BGG) and the Regulation on the Accessibility of Information Technology (Barrierefreien-Informationstechnik-Verordnung – BITV 2.0) for the implementation of the Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

State of the compliance with the requirements

The accessibility requirements are defined in the BITV 2.0, sections 3, paragraph 1 to 4 and section 4, which was enacted on the basis of the BGG, section 12d.

The verification of the compliance with the requirements is based on an independent BITV 2.0 test carried out in August 2020.

As a result of the verification, the website is partly compliant with the above requirements due to the following incompatibilities.
