Alex Bryson is Professor of Quantitative Social Science at UCL’s Department of Social Science. He is also a Research Fellow at IZA in Bonn, the National Institute of Economic and Social Research in London and at Rutgers in New Jersey. He is a co-editor of the journal “Industrial Relations: A Journal of Economy and Society and the Journal of Participation and Employee Ownership”. Alex Bryson’s research focuses on industrial relations, labour economics and programme evaluation. His current funded research projects include studies on the gender wage gap over the life course.
