Ipek Yükselen

Ipek Yükselen holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bilkent University in Ankara (Turkey) and accomplished one semester at SKEMA Business School in Lille (France). She obtained her master`s degree in Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg (Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg). Since October 2019, she has been a scholarship holder of the GradAB graduate program of the IAB. In addition to this, she has been a research assistant at the IAB since December 2019. Ipek Yükselen’s research covers gender differences in negotiation and earnings at labour market entry.
